30 days or 12 months, by card or in crypto — and you choose whether it renews. Leave auto-renewal on and the card is charged each period until you turn it off; turn it off, or pay in crypto, and it is a single term that simply ends. A yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months of service.

What each plan includes
The three numbers — profiles, team members, automations — are enforced in the database, not just drawn in the interface, so they behave the same on every machine you sign in from. Everything below them is metered by nothing: the calendar, the datasets your automations read and write, the assistant, and the local API and its MCP tools are the same on the free plan as on the largest one, and the AI runs on an API key you bring yourself, so there is no usage for us to bill.

How billing works
Two ways to pay
In USD either way: by card through Revolut's hosted checkout, or in crypto through OxaPay. The term is yours to pick — 30 days or 12 months — and a yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months of service.
You choose whether it renews
Card payments have an auto-renewal switch at checkout. On, and we email you before each renewal and you can turn it off any time, keeping the plan to the end of the term you paid for. Off, and no card is kept on file. Crypto cannot recur at all, so it is always a single term.
Paying early costs nothing
If nothing renews for you, we remind you seven, three and one day before the term ends. Buy the same plan again before that date and the days you have left are added on top of the new term — you never lose time by paying ahead.
Limits apply instantly
The moment a payment clears, the plan's limits are written to your workspace and the desktop app picks them up — no restart, no waiting.
Changing plans, and how it's calculated
There is no proration formula to decode. Changing tier starts the new plan today at its full price; buying the same tier again extends what you already have. Three cases cover everything:
Upgrading mid-term
Buy the bigger plan whenever you like — from your dashboard or straight from the cards above. You pay the new plan's full price, its limits replace your current ones as soon as the payment clears, and a fresh 30-day term starts on the day you pay. Days left on the old term are not converted into credit.
Worked example. You're on Base ($89) with 12 days left and you buy Team. You pay $159 today — not a difference, not a prorated amount. Team's 300 profiles and 10 seats apply within a minute, and your new term runs 30 days from today. The 12 remaining Base days lapse, so if you can plan ahead, upgrading near the end of a term is the better deal.
Buying the same plan again
If auto-renewal is on, there is nothing to do — the plan renews on its own and we email you before it does. Otherwise, buying the same plan again adds the new term to the days you have left rather than replacing them, so buying early never costs you time. We remind you seven, three and one day before a term ends.
Downgrading or stopping
If auto-renewal is on, turn it off from the dashboard whenever you like. That stops the next charge and you keep the plan and its limits until the end of the term you have already paid for — it never cuts your access short. If nothing was going to renew, doing nothing already stops the spending; you can still drop to Free before the term ends from the dashboard, and that downgrade applies immediately. Moving to a cheaper paid tier mid-term works like upgrading in reverse: you pay the smaller plan's full price today, a fresh term starts, and the days left on the dearer plan lapse rather than becoming credit — the checkout page warns you before you pay, and waiting until your current term ends is usually the better deal. Nothing you have created is deleted in any of these cases. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise — the details are in the refund policy.
