Every Argus release, dated, with what moved in it. The current build is v1.0.83.
Every version listed here is one you can install: an entry means the build is tagged and both installers are published, so the number on this page and the one the download page hands you are the same number. The API and MCP surface each release ships is documented on the API reference and mirrored to the public repository.
Subscribe by RSS · the launcher updates itself in the background, and you choose when to restart and apply.
The Team tab grows up: titles, projects, and a proper hand-over.
New
—A third workspace role, admin: everything the owner can do except change roles. Machines are visible only to their owner and to the people who run the workspace.
—Titles for people on the Team tab — QA, Automations, HR, whatever the workspace calls them — as coloured chips the owner and admins define and give out.
—The roster shows each person's projects and what is assigned to them, with a search box and role, title and project filters. A member's panel slides in only when you select somebody.
—Removing somebody now hands their profiles, proxies, cookie sets, automations and private records to a teammate you name, and the workspace owner can transfer ownership.
—One active project for the whole app: pick it in the top bar and every tab shows that project's work.

—The role chip is a plain chip again, with no dropdown arrow; where you may change it, the chip itself opens the choice.
—The automations grid takes Shift-click ranges and select-all, and the assistant's page control works across frames with per-turn approvals.

—Datasets and schedules an agent creates carry their author; a run that mailed nobody says so; a connector keeps its category.
The app introduces itself, and an update tells you what changed.

—A welcome tour on first launch — five screens of what Argus can do, sized like the settings dialog, with the documentation one click away. Replayable any time from Settings > General.
—After an update, a What's new dialog shows the release notes for the version you just received — once, and only when there is something to read.
—MCP servers can be connected from the AI tab, and the assistant can use their tools behind approval gates.
—An Uninstall page in Settings that removes the app and its data cleanly, and a member panel on the Team tab.

—The Updates page wears the two programs' own icons — the Crest for the launcher, the classic mark for the browser — in the tone your theme draws them.
—The Encryption page now says it is checking while it reads, reports a failed read with a retry instead of claiming "Not encrypted", and keeps a failed encryption pass's count on the page with a Run again button.
—Manage billing and Open dashboard sit quieter on the Plan page — borderless beside the one real call to action.

—A security pass across the launcher: tighter launch arguments, Host-header allowlists, approval-gated agent scripts, and encrypted Telegram bot tokens.
Folders wear the service they collect from, and a finished run says what it made.
New
—A folder can carry a brand logo or a country flag instead of a glyph, so a rail of collections reads as six services rather than six identical grey icons.
—A finished scraper run now ends in a dialog that names the table it filled, counts the rows and opens it — rather than a line of small grey text under the form.
—Searchable brand and flag pickers in the icon dialog, covering every mark and every country.

—Folder cards no longer resize on hover. Rename and delete moved to a right-click menu, so pointing at a folder stops shoving the row along under the cursor.
—A scraper card's category chip narrows the grid to that shelf, and clicking the active one clears back to All.
Fixed
—Run names no longer repeat a search term. A single keyword seed expands to about thirty passes, and the name said it thirty times before being cut off mid-repeat; three distinct terms are named now and the rest are counted.
—The two dataset screens no longer jump when you move between them — the detail view's toolbar was four pixels shorter than the list's.
—Adding a search term by clicking a suggestion no longer discards whatever was half-typed beside it.
The AI tab becomes the assistant's own workspace, and a running automation reports as it goes.

—The AI tab is now a control room rather than a settings page: one session shared with the side panel, so a conversation started beside a table continues in full view.
—Per-capability autonomy dials — what the assistant may do on its own, what it must ask about first, and where it must stop.
—A Mail tab with per-profile mailboxes: three panes, styled message bodies, a compose dock, and mail tools the assistant can reach.
—Cloud devices, and a "Run on" choice for scheduled work — the slot claim was already cross-machine, so the record of which machine took a run is now visible.

—A run reports live progress while it is running, rather than only its outcome once it has finished.
URL-based proxy routing, a catalogue of real devices, and a fingerprint check you can run yourself.

—URL-based routing: different destinations from one profile can leave through different proxies, routed in the launcher rather than by a PAC extension — so SOCKS5 authentication and the WebRTC policy both survive.
—A device catalogue of around 110 named real machines behind one Device picker, replacing the loose fingerprint presets.
—A fingerprint check that measures what a page inside a running profile can actually see and scores it against the identity the launcher declared.
—Encrypted workspace backups — export and restore an .argusbundle, with Google Drive as a destination.
—Event triggers: an automation can start on an inbound webhook, a selector appearing on an open page, a domain's cookies changing, another run finishing, or a file landing in a watched folder.
—A crypto operations pack — five templates, four datasets and a set-up walkthrough.

—The browser is called Argus throughout, and the UDP/QUIC policy is stated rather than implied.

—Rotating a fingerprint on launch no longer turns a macOS or Ubuntu profile into a Windows one.
—Desktop profiles no longer leaked the host user agent and its client hints while a navigation was in flight.
Sharing limits become a rule the app enforces, and the calendar becomes something you paint on.

—One session, one profile: a cookie set is held by exactly one profile, and assigning a proxy past your sharing limit is refused with the profiles already on it named.
—Projects — a named piece of work, its brief, and the rules it holds the assistant to.
—Proxies you can share deliberately and sweep in bulk, with the batch result reported as a persistent verdict bar rather than a toast that vanishes.
—A calendar you can drag-paint days on, with day-level copy and delete.
